BEYOND International Technology Innovation Expo is hosted by the Macao Science and Technology Association and jointly organized by the Foreign Trade Development Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce, the Planning and Development Bureau of the SASAC of the State Council, the China International Science and Technology Exchange Center and the Chinese Medical Association. On December 2, the opening ceremony of BEYOND International Technology Innovation Expo was held in the Parisian Theater of Parisian Hotel in Macao. Mr. He Jiandong, Co-founder of BEYOND Expo, delivered an opening speech. Vice chairman of China Association for Science and Technology, the first Secretary of the Secretariat, and academician Zhang Yuzhuo of the Chinese Academy of Engineering; Academician Zhao Yupei, President of the Chinese Medical Association, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and honorary president of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, delivered speeches. With an exhibition area of nearly 50000 square meters, the Expo is divided into theme areas such as "future technology", "life science", "influential technology", "new infrastructure, smart city and life". At the three-day Expo, 300 large multinational enterprises, unicorn innovation enterprises and new start-ups from around the world showed the latest innovation achievements and their exploration and thinking on the technological trend. During the three-day meeting, beyond has more than 20000 participants in total. 200 front-line media including China Central Radio and television, cgtn, Xinhua news agency, China Daily, Shanghai radio and television, Forbes China, South China Morning Post and Macao Daily participated in and reported the grand occasion of the conference, and joined cgtn, Forbes China, Sina Technology, Phoenix technology and other online live conferences, with more than 5 million viewers.

With the title of "building a highland of medical technology and medical humanities: the new practice of Guangzhou Concord Cancer Center ", Professor Qian Chaonan shared with the guests the establishment process, advantages and characteristics of Guangzhou Concord Cancer Center, as well as the latest progress in the cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.
Guangzhou Concord Cancer Center will be the first medical institution to provide proton therapy in Dawan District, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. The proton center of the hospital is equipped with the world's leading Varian probeam multi room proton treatment system, equipped with four rotating frame treatment rooms. The center is expected to accept the first treatment room in February 2022 and treat the first patient in the middle of 2022
In order to promote the development of health industry in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay area and better serve patients in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay area, Guangzhou Concord Cancer Center continued to strengthen cooperation with Hong Kong, Macao and other institutions. In 2020,Guangzhou Concord Cancer Center and Macao Jinghu hospital reached a strategic cooperation to jointly build a tumor medical consortium between Guangdong and Macao. In July this year,Guangzhou Concord Cancer Center concluded a strategic partnership with Xinhua Technology Group and Macao Bozhi medical center. During the conference, the leaders of Guangzhou Concord Cancer Center also made a special trip to Macao Bozhi medical center to further discuss the future in-depth cooperation plan.
